1. 表示できていない画像ファイルばっかり並んでて意味不明です。 almost all pics are not displayed.

このサイトではPNG形式の画像ファイルを使用しています。
古いブラウザだとPNGファイルは表示できないようなので
InternetExplolerをお使いのかたはこの際 最新版 にヴァージョンアップしちゃうとか、
Netscapeをお使いの方は( wp.netscape.com/ja/downloads/ )から最新版をダウンロードするとか、
だいたいそんなかんじで対処していただければ幸いですが、もちろんいやな場合は止めておきましょう。

old browser dont support PNG format I heard, so I suggest your browser to upgrade.
the latest version of InternetExploler is here, and here is the one of Netscape,
but if you want to not upgrade one surely you haven't to do it, 'cause I dont wanna take responsibility for it!

2. フレームの中身がなんにも表示されていないようです。 i cant see anything in a frame i clicked.

Macの場合、フレームの中身がまったく表示されないということがありますが
これもブラウザのバージョンをあげたら表示出来るようになるのを確認しました。
in the case of Macintosh, if your old browser cant display contents what in frame,
this old problem was fixed in the latest browser too.
